Juicing has been key for me too, along with a bunch of the other stuff you mentioned. Take care and thanks for reading. :)Leah Tylerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09339986620263501997noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7505202305821415305.post-82719003912090512212019-06-25T06:47:50.836-07:002019-06-25T06:47:50.836-07:00Hi Leah,

Finally, with nowhere left to turn, facing what I was certain would be a painful end in a nursing home, I found the help I so desperately needed. If you're interested in my story jkomanchuk.com is my website. At the height of my fibro, I was bursting out of a size 16. I'm normally a size 10. The weight didn't concern me nearly as much as the relentless pain, brain fog... As a part of my newfound health regime I started juicing vegetables, greens... for my body's needs, as well as giving up sugar and sugar substitutes, dairy, and wheat along with as many processed foods as possible. Also swimming and water classes at a local pool helped, less impact on my tender muscles and joints. I also learned about the numerous unresolved issues in my life that were helping me to become so chronically, painfully ill.
Love and blessings!
Janet
jkomanchuk.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16473367064658244409noreply@blogger.com
